SHIATSU from Mick Moxham
What is Shiatsu
Shiatsu is a traditional Japanese bodywork therapy that combines centuries old Oriental philosophy with Western physiology, anatomy and manipulation. Using this approach alongside Shin Tai, which focuses on releasing deeply held stress patterns within the body, treatments are adapted appropriately for each individual.
Amongst the most common issues people bring to the sessions are:
- Lack of joint mobility
- Digestion and IBS symptoms
- Muscular/sports injuries
- Postural misalignment
- Sciatica and back pain
- Restricted breathing
- Menstrual problems
- Anxiety and stress
- Headaches
- Fatigue
Note: Shiatsu does not replace medical care but works safely alongside it. If you have health concerns please consult your GP.
